I ordered one rug, and got an email saying it wasn't available, but they could send something really similar, with an identical color palette. I looked at some pictures, and agreed to an alternative, but when it arrived the colors were pretty different than what was pictured in my original purchase (much darker, blacks instead of blues). The rug is beautiful, and the shop was very communicative, but I'm a little disappointed that the colors aren't quite what I wanted.
