Mobin was extremely quick and responsive from the beginning. The original rug I selected was no longer available, so he sent me pictures of alternatives and I was able to find another rug that I liked from his selection. Mobin then refunded me for the difference in pricing. The rug is beautiful, high quality, and in great condition. The only thing I would flag is that the colours of the rug are much deeper than those in the pictures. I was fine with this but if you're looking for a really bright rug, keep this in mind when purchasing. Shipping was fast and I was enjoying my new rug in a few days! I would highly recommend this store and will be browsing for more finds in the future!
