Medallion g 9'11" x 6'9" ft| Afghan Mamluk Area Rug, Beige Burgundy Geometric
$1,290.88 $3,227.19
Medallion rug, 9'11" x 6'9" ft, hand-knotted area rug from Afghanistan. The ground is beige to ivory, with dark brown, burgundy, black, muted green, and small turquoise accents. The pattern has a Mamluk layout with bands, diamond borders, and small repeating stars. Short fringe runs along one short end.
This rug is new and colored with vegetable dyes, so the tones have small shifts rather than a flat printed look. It reads firm in the photos, with a low pile appearance and a clean edge line. The size is 301 x 205 cm, so it works well in a larger entry, under a dining table, or in a main room where you want the pattern to sit clearly.
We design this rug, and our production partner handcrafts it in Afghanistan.
All photos are taken in natural sunlight.
