This is pre-owned, the color is not red as the ad, but brown-red, it has weird lumps (?) that won't go out in some parts of it, that I believe are patches to amend it, this was previously owned and I received it far after the purchase, reason why I still bought other tapestries from this seller. This was sold as new but is used and patched. Besides, I hate the color, it is sold as bright red, and for almost 600 USD, receiving an used, patched tapestry is lame. I asked the seller to send by postal service to avoid paying a fortune on additional fees, but I was still taxed because even by postal he didn't send it the right way. But what I am really angry about is the product itself, it was previously used, is patched (those dark lumps that won't go), and color is not even as close to the one in the picture.
