Poor customer service, I cancelled the order with in few hours, the shopper said he already initiated the process because he did not read my message , he did not offer exchange , he send the rug the rug quality is not great as it was shown in picture I need to send it back definitely I won’t recommend his shop to friends and family did not care he said he did not see the
